Where to buy books

Folkestone Books for change enjoyed working with Letterbox Library to purchase many of their books. They are a social enterprise workers co operative based in Hackney who have been working in Multicultural and diverse books for children since 1983. They provide discounts for members and each book is reviewed by a panel and many rejected, so you know that representation really matters to them. They sell books in age range and themes, you have full access after becoming a member.  They already supply books to schools, early years setting and families. Themes such as Gender Equality, Mixed Race Representation, Bullying, Black History, Refugees & Migration, Bereavement, Feelings, Fostering & Adoption, I Can Make A Difference!, LGBT, Making Friends, a unique child, Looking After The Planet, Family Break Up, Families, Peace & Conflict.
